Cal-tron plating Inc. Established in 1966. It was originally located in Los Angeles for 10 years, due to the large demand of our services we decided to relocate to a larger facility in Santa Fe springs, CA. Cal-tron is a 20,000 sq ft. facility located on the corner of slauson and Rivera in Santa Fe springs. We have been perfecting the metal finishing industries for over 34 years! We polish and plate all parts in house. We are leaders in the metal finishing industry and are committed to providing the highest quality and professional service. History
Coming out of World War 2, Carl Troncale Sr. got a job at a local plating shop. Over a couple of years he saved his money and decided to start his own plating shop. In 1961 the doors to Cal-tron Plating opened in down town LA. He successfully ran the company in this location for 15 years. Due to the high demand of his services he relocated to a larger facility in Santa Fe Springs, CA. In 1976 the new 16,000 sq ft building was up and running. He brought the metal finishing industry to new heights! In 1983 Carl’s son Carl Troncale Jr. took over Ctp and was president of the MFASC (metal finishers association of Southern California) for a years. Carl Jr. Is still successfully running Cal-Tron Plating Inc.
